Guardian Assist
What is Guardian™ Assist?
Guardian™ Assist can be used on new build projects at the earliest stage of design, or retrospectively on refurbishment projects. Guardian™ Assist provides a range of specification tools and inspection services to ensure that excellence is achieved at installation stage to ensure the long-term operational life of the system that is being installed.
On a NEW BUILD project the following Guardian™ Assist specification tools can be used:
- In-depth technical specifications for the whole system.
- Comprehensive standard CAD details with REVIT / BIM modelling to follow.
- Standard Bill of Quantity templates.
- Accurate budget quotations.
- Technical advice on multiple system integration.
On a RETROSPECTIVE project the following Guardian™ Assist specification tools can be used:
- On-site external and internal building envelope inspection.
- Full technical report on the scope of works that is required to bring the existing building envelope systems up to the agreed standard to enable Guardian™ to protect your investment.
- In-depth technical specifications for the whole system.
- Accurate budget quotations.
